the camera one time turn off , one time disconnect , one time in sleep mode and do t wake .. I am tiered of it

Please update the firmware to the latest version, this issues are solved already. latest version is 1.74
Everytime i try to update it says latest update installed ! Also now i am not even able to connect not by wifi not by 4g and i cant see the dride on my wifi network anymore , i removed the device from the app , uninstalled app , restant iphone , reinstall the app and tried to reConnect the dride4K but the stupid caméra kept asking me to connect to it by wifi , it is simply not there , restarted iPhone , not there , reset network not there … all other wifi networks are there except this one ! It made me miss my nextbase 622 which i used to hate before I got the dride 4k 4g thinking that it is a tech piece 😒
It says connect to drid wifi i did, then it shows the message “ all is set “, then i tried to see uploaded videos or go to sittings or go live but demanded me again to connect to wifi !
Eventually i cant now see my own support ticket so I cam to web interface … what is this !

You didn’t look at the diagnostic data, I am already on latest update and problem/S far from being solved! I am sorry but I believe the problem is with the camera not the updates

@Yossi I really don’t understand! I emailed you two weeks before and no reply… this was your proposal to speed things up in this case let’s stay here please ! Listen , the camera is not working, and it seems that you are trying to find excuses left & right to evade responsibility towards backers of your campaign… I don’t understand but I don’t judge you either ! But in this case I won’t demand for a reimbursement, can I ask at least a repair? Do I dare asking for a Replacement ? do you prefer that I send you back the one I have to have a look at it and see for yourself and if you in your own judgement found that the camera is good and I was just complaining keep it ! However if you find that I am right please take responsibility and do something ( other than hit & miss proposals) to fix this issue , repair , replacement … any reasonable solution!
